As part of the well-being-community “Embodied Empowerment” I will guide a session to empower you in learning ways to let go of stress and enhance your own self care toolkit.

In this self-care-moment we will first of all make space for ourselves and our needs (that might have been neglected). Bringing softness into parts of the body that have been tensed up. And bringing more freedom and relaxation into our lives.

I invite you into a gentle session, where slow, soft movement, touch and visualization will bring you more ease, relaxation and freedom. Creating a moment for yourself where everything is allowed, everything is okay and you can drop that baggage that you might carry with you. From there you will have space to deeply nurture your heart and soul and shift the awareness from stress and worries to hope, liberation and well-being.

This is part of a “self-care-moment” series where you get the chance to experience different practitioners and their views on Self Care and Relaxation!
